Video consulting allows the clinican to make a better assessment of the problem from your own home. The connection is secure. We can do a video call via a smartphone, tablet or a desktop device (with a webcam). A good wifi connection is ideal.
Have a video call with your Clinician
We may also ask you to send a photo or a document to the practice. These images can be saved in your patient record and can be really useful. You can only do do after you have received a message from your Clinician.
