The Clinical Pharmacists are highly trained clinicians who are experts in medicines. Both have been trained in Minor Illness and are able to independently prescribe.

Shaheen and Yasur are available for face-to-face appointments for on the day minor illnesses and ailments, they are also available for help with reviewing complex medications and long-term conditions.

Community Nurses

Patients may be referred to the Community Nursing Services. These nurses provide a 24 hour nursing service in the home. They have links to the Intermediate Care Service and can arrange and co-ordinate packages of nursing care and the loan of equipment for use in the home. Community nurses are available to speak to on 01733 346444 between 1.00 - 2.00 pm.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
