Over 70 or clinically extremely vulnerable and NOT had your Covid-19 vaccine? Please call us on our COVID-19 hotlines 07904 006661 or 07904 006656 to book (Mon-Fri, 8-6pm).
We are currently working hard to deliver the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible patients in the priority groups, at the same time as providing care to all those who need it. Eligible patients will be contacted direct to arrange an appointment. As soon as more vaccines become available, they will be offered to people at risk as soon as possible. Please don’t contact us to seek a vaccine before then.
Please help us help you by keeping your contact details up-to-date, especially register your mobile numbers. You can update your details by clicking this link
If you do not have a mobile number – we will be calling you on your landline or sending a letter. Please again wait for us to contact you.
